Voia

Voia is an electronic musical group comprised of singer-songwriter Chris Fecci and android music producer Voia, drawing heavy influence from rhythm games, dance pop, and Japanese club culture.

Finding musical roots originally with Chris’s background with both metal, jazz and gospel music, the pair discovered their love for electronic music from listening to trance, drum and bass, and french house around 2010, leading to their debut in composing the soundtrack for HB No.2’s short film, “Dragonfly” in 2012.

They would further expand into the vocal pop world by collaborating with Sidekicks in2015’s Arcangel EP released through LA label Attack the Music, and would go on to releasea single with Chris’s own vocals in the 2016 singles “Eeelixir” and “Almost Human”respectively. This foray into combining Voia’s production with Chris’s vocal and songwriting prowess would culminate in the late 2016 concept album, Futuresong, followed by two subsequent years of touring in the US and Japan respectively – described as “one of the best album experiences of the year” by YourEDM’s Matt Meadow.

Voia’s subsequent work would include collaborations with US and international talent and be featured on releases, games and other projects with teams from AVEX Japan, Capcom, Taito, and OMOCAT.
